SYNOPSIS

The beggar is strikingly good looking despite his shabby face unruly long hair. Looking at him rummaging the trash can looking for food and drinks leftovers fascinates Emily. Spontaneously she photographs the handsome beggar from afar and then uploads his photos on her media social account. In less than an hour, the photo goes viral. Emily gets more excited. Since then, she follows the handsome beggar and captures his life on photos and uploads them on her Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Every time she posts the photos, they go viral and yet, the beggar remains a stranger to her.

In the meantime, Emily’s relationship with her dad is drifting apart when her dad tells her that he is marrying a woman who she does not approve. Emily thinks that the presence of the woman when her mother is suffering from an illness has broken her mother’s heart and shatters her hope to live.

Emily’s obsession in photographing the beggar’s life introduces her to Iqbal, a burger seller who often gives food to the beggar. Emily goes on with her obsession and tries several times to talk to the beggar but he ignores her. But during an incident where Emily saves the beggar from being assaulted by a shop owner, the beggar finally speaksand thanks Emily for what she has done for him, and then he introduces his name as Dani.

Dani is the only child and an orphan who loses his parents in a car accident. After the death of his parents, Dani is raised by his uncle Hashim and aunt Juriah who have a son, Hairi. Dani is treated like a servant and always being bullied by Hairi. An opportunist, Hashim takes care of Dani because he wants to make an extra moneyfor his family by taking the rental payment from the house left by Dani’s late father. Dani is also not sent to school.

Until he has grown up, Dani’s life continues to be miserable and shapes him into becoming a troubled teen, rebellious and he ends up befriending bad kids. Making the situation even worst, Hairi purposely introduces drugs to Dani. He does it because he wants to crumble Dani’s life and then takes over the property left by Dani’s late father completely.

The dark secret of Dani’s life begins to unravel when he starts opening his heart to be helped by Emily who wants him to live a better life. Emily successfully persuades Dani to leave behind his homeless life and stays with Iqbal who is kind enough to offer him his place.

Dani’s appearance changes, from a shabby and dirty homeless man to someone who knows how to clean himself up and communicate with others. Slowly, Emily and Iqbal work together in changing Dani to become a better person. The three of them become good friends and each of Dani’s progression is captured and shared by Emily.

Seeing Dani is getting better, Iqbal invites Dani to help him at the burger stall. Dani’s presence helps Iqbal’s stall goes viral and increases his burger sale. Iqbal’s sincere intention is now changed into greed where he is taking the advantage of Dani’s popularity.

Conflict arises when Hairi gets to know about Dani’s life development. He is worried if Dani will return and claim his right to his late father’s house. One day when Iqbal is not home, Hairi comes to the house and purposely provokes Dani until Dani beats him. Hairi knows that the beating is recorded and thus he lets himself to be beaten by Dani. He then makes a police report and Dani is arrested and charged as a dangerous mental patient.

Emily is angry at Iqbal for not taking care of Dani well. The video where Dani beats Hairi goes viral in an instant. Emily and Iqbal break into a fight where Emily accuses Iqbal of not being sincere in taking care of Dani but is taking advantage of Dani’s popularity. Their friendship begins to crack but soon mended when Iqbal apologised.

Dani is admitted to a Psychiatric Ward for further diagnosis due to his past involvement in drug abuse and living on the street. Dani isolates himself once again which unfortunately convinces people that he is a dangerous mental patient. Juriah and Hairi try their best to send Dani to a mental institution. Meanwhile, Iqbal and Emily try their best to bring Dani out from the ward. They try everything but Dani’s family steps in their way to the extent taking a legal action on them.

Iqbal and Emily meet Dani several times to give him a boost of motivation. Iqbal begins to question the ignorance of Dani’s family and why they let him becomes a beggar in the street. Emily also says that when Dani was beggar he never causes any problem to anyone. They begin to dig deep into Dani’s family history. The truth will soon prevail.

Finally, thanks to Iqbal and Emily ongoing supports, Dani returns to normal. Dani and Iqbal work together in expanding their burger business. Dani’s life starts to change but his anger towards Hashim and his family still lingers. But with Ustaz Hassan’s help, Dani begins to let go of his anger and finally forgives Hassan. In the end, Dani sincerely gives his late father’s house to Hashim. As for Emily, thanks to Ustaz Hassan’s help, she finally mends her aching heart and reconciles her relationship with her father.
